1. Who is responsible
LogisPics LLC, United States, operates LogisPics and is the controller of the account information it collects. Where a company uses LogisPics to track its own staff and loads, that company is the controller of its records and LogisPics acts as its processor.
2. What we collect
- Account details: name, work email, company, role, password hash, and how you signed in
- Load records you create: container number, owner code, seal, chassis number and dates, booking number, rail bill number, driver, status and timestamps
- Photos you take, plus the details read from them
- Spreadsheet settings: which sheet a customer is linked to and the connection tokens that keep it working
- Accounting connections: the QuickBooks company realm and the tokens that let the app create and check invoices on your behalf
- Usage signals: which pages are opened, sync results and errors, and — when you arrive from a link we shared with another yard — which company opened the app and what it did next
We do not ask for your bank card number directly; payment details are handled by the payment provider we use at checkout.
3. Why we use it
- to run the features you ask for — turning a photo into a row, keeping the board and spreadsheet in step, marking loads rail billed or picked up
- to produce rail billing and invoice files in the format your carrier or customer expects
- to create and check invoices in the QuickBooks company you connect
- to tell the right person a load has been assigned to them
- to keep the service secure, diagnose faults, and answer support questions
- to show the company that shared the link whether a yard opened the app and signed up
4. Where it is stored
Records live in LogisPics' own database and photo storage, hosted for us by our cloud provider. When you connect Google Sheets or Drive, Microsoft Excel or OneDrive, or QuickBooks, copies of the relevant rows, files and tokens also sit with that provider, under their privacy policies. Photos are kept so the board and its history stay accurate.
5. Who sees it
People in your own workspace, according to the role you give them: full staff, photo-only users, drivers who see only their assigned loads, and customer users who see only their own company's loads. Outside your workspace, access is limited to the cloud, spreadsheet, accounting and photo-reading providers needed to run the app, to our staff when you ask for help, and where we are legally required.
We do not sell personal information and do not share it for advertising.
6. How long we keep it
While your workspace is active, we keep your records so the board and its history stay complete. If a workspace closes, we delete the account, photos and records within a reasonable period, except anything we must retain for legal, tax or dispute reasons. Copies inside a spreadsheet you own remain there until you remove them.
7. How we protect it
Access is behind sign-in and separated company by company, so one yard cannot see another's loads. Connections to Google, Microsoft and QuickBooks are stored as encrypted tokens and are only used for the actions they were granted. Passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text.
8. Your choices
You can correct or delete records from inside the app, disconnect a spreadsheet or accounting connection at any time, and export your data. To get a copy of everything we hold about you or your company, or to ask for deletion, email us and we will confirm once it is done.
9. International use
LogisPics is operated from the United States and is mainly used by yards and drayage companies in North America. If you use it from elsewhere, your information is processed in the United States and with the providers described above.
10. Changes and contact
